November 14 Possession of Alcohol by a Minor November 14, 12:01 a.m. Sigma Chi House (3100 Binkley Avenue) A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor November 14, 3:07 a.m. Boaz Hall (3200 Hillcrest) A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID November 14, 5:06 a.m. 3000 SMU BLVD - In Front of Kappa Sigma House A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking and for possessing a fake license. Closed.

Possession of Fictitious License or ID November 14, 1:24 p.m. (ed. note: no location given) A student was issued a University Park citation and referred to the Student Conduct Office for possessing a fake ID. Closed.

Theft November 14, 2:30 p.m. Gerald Ford Stadium (5801 Airline Rd.) Parking Systems of America was having a parking attendant collect ten dollars for parking in a lot that was not a cash lot. Open.

Criminal Mischief November 14, 8:27 p.m. McElvaney Hall (6000 Bishop Blvd.) A police officer reported ceiling tiles and a metal rod holding the ceiling tiles up was also damaged. Open.

November 15 Fire, 2:05 a.m. 5651 Central Expressway Dallas Fire Department responded to a dumpster fire. Closed.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 2:42 a.m. Boaz Hall (3200 Binkley Avenue) Five students were referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

November 16 Criminal Mischief, 7:28 a.m. 3200 Dyer Street A wooden bench was damaged at this location. Open.

November 17 Theft, 12:03 a.m. Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports A student reported theft of his hooded sweatshirt from a cubicle. Open.

Theft, 9:55 p.m. Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports A student reported theft of her watch from her shoulder bag. Open.

November 18 Accident Involving Damage to Vehicle, 3:43 p.m Binkley Parking Garage (3101 Binkley Avenue) A student and a staff member were involved in a minor vehicle accident. Closed.

Fire Alarm, 3:54 p.m. Virginia Hall (3325 Dyer Street) University Park Fire and Rescue responded to an active fire alarm. It was determined that a light ballast had an electrical short. University Park Fire and Rescue reset the fire panel and cleared with no further incident. Closed.

Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, 4:10 p.m. SMU Police Department (3128 Dyer) A student reported some unknown person withdrew money from his ATM/Debit card. Open.

November 19 Theft, 1:29 p.m. SMU House [ed. note: former KA house] (3004 SMU Blvd.) A student reported theft of his iPod. Open.

Criminal Trespass, 3:45 p.m. SMU Bookstore - Barnes & Noble (3060 Mockingbird) A non affiliated person was arrested and booked into Dallas County jail for violating a criminal trespass warning. Closed.

November 20 Alcohol Policy Violation/Failure to Obey a University Police Officer, 12:22 a.m. Pi Kappa Alpha (3035 Dyer Street) A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for failure to obey a university official. The fraternity house was also referred for alcohol policy violation. Closed.

Disorderly Conduct, 3:45 p.m. McGinnis Hall (6005 Ownby Drive) A student was issued a University Park citation and referred to the Student Conduct Office for using profanity to a Hall Director. Closed.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 11:55 p.m. Binkley Avenue (ed. note: no specific address given) A non affiliated person was issued a University Park citation for underage drinking. Closed.

November 21 Public Intoxication/Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession of Fictitious License or ID, 1:10 a.m. South Quad - North side of McElvaney Hall A student was issued a University Park citation, arrested and booked into University Park jail for being intoxicated in a public place and for possessing a fake ID. He will also be referred to the Student Conduct Office for being in possession of alcohol by a minor. Closed.

Assault, 2:39 a.m. Phi Gamma Delta (3064 SMU Blvd.) Two students were were heard yelling at each other. One student pushed the door open with extreme force causing the door to swing open striking the other student. Both students were referred to the Student Conduct Office. Closed.
