November 30 No criminal incidents reported.

December 1 Fire Alarm, 3:07 a.m. Morrison Hall A police officer responded to an activated fire alarm. The responding officer observed the horns and strobes activated. It was determined that the cause of the alarm was due to overcooked food in the basement level lounge. University Park Fire Department responded and rest the panel. Closed.

Theft, 11:26 a.m. Hughes Trigg Student Center A Computer Corner staff reported the theft of 2 laptops, pieces of software, and a protection plan. Open.

Theft, 4:30 p.m. Hughes Trigg Student Center A staff member reported the theft of a banner. Open.

December 2 Theft, 3:10 p.m. Maguire Building A staff member reported the theft of books from a secured cabinet in the office. Open.

Fire Alarm, 5:44 p.m. Kappa Sigma House A police officer responded to a silence beeping alarm panel. Two different trouble alarms were sounding at the panel. Both alarms where then silenced. Closed.

December 3 University Park City Ordinance, 3:17 a.m. Off Campus (6004 Auburndale) A student was issued a University Park citation for violation of University Park City Ordinance for excessive noise. The student was referred to the Student Conduct Office. Closed.

Weapons Policy Violation, 8:44 a.m. Smith Hall (6004 Hillcrest Avenue) A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for violating SMU policy. Closed.

December 4 Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 12:07 a.m. McElvaney Hall (6000 Bishop Blvd.) A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 1:04 a.m. Phi Delta Theta House (3072 SMU Blvd.) A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 2:15 a.m. Sigma Alpha Epsilon (3005 Dyer Court) A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia, 8:05 p.m. McIntosh Hall (5904 Bishop Blvd.) A student was issued a University Park citation for drug paraphernalia and referred to the Student Conduct Office. Closed.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 11:11 p.m. Boaz Hall (3200 Binkley) A student was issued a University Park citation, arrested and transported to University Park jail for underage drinking. The student was also referred to the Student Conduct Office. Closed.

December 5 Failure to Leave Identification, 2:09 a.m. 6300 Ownby Drive - East Side A student reported damage to his vehicle while parked at this location. No contact information was left at the scene. Open.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 2:57 a.m. McElvaney Hall (6000 Bishop Blvd.) An officer responded to a report of an individual passed out. Upon arrival the student was conscious and breathing but under the influence of alcohol. The student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 10:25 p.m. Boaz Hall (3200 Binkley Avenue) A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

December 6 Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia/Possession of Marijuana/Passive Participation-Drug Policy Violation, 12:16 a.m. Shuttles Hall (6212 Hillcrest Avenue) Two students were issued University Park citations, arrested and booked into University Park jail for possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The two students will also be referred to the Student Conduct Office for possessing alcohol by minors. Two other students were referred for to the Student Conduct Office for University policy violation passive participation drug policy violation. Closed.
