November 6 Criminal Mischief, 12:06 a.m. Hamon Lot - Exit Gate A police officer reported a broken gate arm. Open.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 1:58 a.m. Intersection of SMU Blvd and Dublin Two students were referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 1:52 a.m. Boaz Hall (3200 Binkley Avenue) A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

Criminal Mischief, 7:54 a.m. Boaz Hall (3200 Binkley Avenue) The second floor exit sign was damaged. Open.

Assault, 12:35 p.m. Smith Hall (6020 Hillcrest Avenue) A student reported he was assaulted by another student. Open.

Theft, 2:55 p.m. Pi Kappa Alpha (3035 Dyer Street) A student reported theft of a backpack which contained a notebook laptop, TI calculator and a calculus textbook. Open.

Criminal Mischief, 11:05 p.m. Moore Hall (5810 Hillcrest) A student reported damages caused to her unattended vehicle. Open.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 11:12 p.m. McElvaney Hall (6000 Bishop Blvd.) A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 11:46 p.m. Kappa Sigma House (3022 SMU Blvd.) Four students were referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. The house was referred for Alcohol Policy Violation. Closed.

November 7 Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 2:06 a.m. Mary Hay Hall (3323 Peyton Parkway) Two students were referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 1:56 a.m. Phi Gamma Delta (3064 SMU Blvd.) Two students were referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. One of the students was issued University Park Citation for for underage drinking and was released to a responsible person. Closed.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/University Policy Violation, 2:45 a.m. Phi Gamma Delta (3064 SMU Blvd.) A student was referred for possessing alcohol as a minor. The house was referred for Alcohol Policy Violation. Closed.

Disorderly Conduct/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 1:50 a.m. Phi Gamma Delta (3064 SMU Blvd.) A student was issued a University Park citation for urinating in a public place. The student was also referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking. Closed.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Code of Conduct/Policy Violation, 12:35 p.m. Bishop Blvd., Phi Gamma Delta Tent A student was referred for possessing alcohol as a minor. The fraternity was referred for duplicating the same style and color of wristbands as being handed out for persons being 21 years of age and older which would allow them to consume alcohol. Closed.

Possession of Fictitious License of ID, 5:40 p.m. 6200 Bishop Blvd. - ID Table Two student were referred to the Student Conduct Office for possessing fake IDs. Closed.

Possession of Fictitious License of ID, 5:50 p.m. Main Quad (6400 Bishop Blvd.) A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for possessing a fake ID.' Closed.

Possession of Alcohol by a Minor/Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, 11:07 p.m. McElvaney Hall (6000 Bishop Blvd.) Two students were issued University Park citations and referred to the Student Conduct Office for underage drinking.Both students were also referred for possessing alcohol as minors. Closed.

November 8 Public Intoxication, 1:33 a.m. Off Campus - Mockingbird (no specific address given) Dallas Police Department arrested a student for being intoxicated in a public place. The student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for the violation. Closed.

Criminal Mischief, 12:37 p.m. Moody Parking Garage (3063 SMU Blvd.) A student reported some unknown person punctured her tires while her vehicle was unattended. Open.

Criminal Trespass Warning, 7:19 p.m. Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports (6000 Airline Rd.) A non affiliated person was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning and acknowledge he understood. Closed.

November 9 Illegal Use of Handicapped Placard, 9:57 a.m. SMU Police Department (3128 Dyer Street) A student was referred to the Student Conduct Office for using a handicap placard fraudulently. Closed.

Theft, 6:03 p.m. Cockrell Hall (5905 Ownby Drive) Four students reported theft of property from their dorm room. Open.

Fire Alarm/Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia, 11:48 p.m. McElvaney Hall (6000 Bishop) A police officer responded to a trouble alarm. The panel indicated a specific room. A student was issued a Justice of the Peace citation and referred to the Student Conduct Office for possessing drug paraphernalia. Closed.

November 10 Theft, 11:11 a.m. Crum Basketball Center (3005 Binkley Avenue) A staff member reported theft of money from her wallet. Open.

Illegal Use of Handicapped Placard, 12:11 p.m. SMU Police Department (3128 Dyer Street) Two students were referred to the Student Conduct Office for using a handicap placard fraudulently. Closed.
