Feminist Equality Movement hosts Hope Drive at Hughes-Trigg

SMU’s Feminist Equality Movement is hosting the Hope Drive at the Hughes-Trigg Student Center from Monday, March 26 through Thursday, March 29.

The group will be collecting tampons and pads for homeless women in the Dallas area. Though homeless shelters provide many free products to those in need, tampons and pads are not included. All donations will be accepted, including single pads or tampons, from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. on the Hughes-Trigg west bridge.

The Feminist Equality Movement aims to promote gender equality through programming and activism. They strive to be a source of support for all people in the SMU community, especially survivors of sexual and gender-based violence.
