Etsy and Wanelo connect you with individual sellers and websites that you may have never heard of, but have adorable clothing and accessories that are completely affordable- which is obviously great, especially if you are on a college budget. Etsy also offers the option for you to sell things yourself- so for all those entrepreneurs out there, this is perfect! One of my personal favorites on Etsy is their jewelry. The necklace pictured to the right resembles the J.Crew version, which retails for $150, and is only $16! Substantial price difference, huh? But, there is no reason why you can’t hold on to summer and still stay trendy. Focus on a bohemian look by wearing white, summery tunics (perfect for that Dallas heat) that incorporate darker hues to contrast the color of your blouse. When the weather cools down, pair your tunic with pants: jeans work, but if you’re feeling adventurous go with fun, patterned pants that share similar colors of your shirt. Shoes can be simple, but should also be strappy. There is plenty of room in the outfit to show off your love of color, so you are better off wearing sandals that are neutral, such as brown leather.
