Classic Salmon Cakes

By Tashika Varma / tvarma@smu.edu It’s springtime and for me that usually means time for fresh salmon. Here is one of my favorite salmon recipes to try — Classic Salmon Cakes from Cooking Light. Jack in the Box introduces a burger truck

The truck will be visiting Dallas and will be supporting civic and charitable activities around town. The truck will be serving free Jumbo Jacks with cheese and providing coupons and other gifts. Whether you're hosting a party or attending one, these recipes will add a little fancy to any gathering. This popular fast food chain now has seven locations in the DFW area with its eighth on the way. Their burgers are made with 100 percent certified angus beef and are always fresh, never frozen. If you're not in the mood for beef, there are plenty of chicken sandwich options as well.
