However, we now know that not all carbs are going to hinder your weight loss efforts or wreak havoc on your waistline. You are just burnt out from everything in general and it is time for a break. Spring break was such a tease and came and went so fast! However, we still have 5-6 weeks of school left and since you have been working so hard all semester, no need to give up now! Make a list of your goals for April. Is there anything you have been wanting to accomplish? If you set a goal ahead of yourself from now until the end of the school year, the time will absolutely fly by and we will be out for summer before you know it.
