There are many filters between the reality of what goes on in the lower courts and the USSC Justices. These filters have distored the true picture of the state of the Federal Judiciary to Justice O'Connor. I am available to present a first hand experience in the 11th Circuit to her, an experience that should be relegated to a Banana Republic.

There is good reason for the fact that Justice O'Conner is hearing more criticisms about the judiciary than any time in here life. For every effect there is a cause.

There are more outlaw judges than any time in here life!

Judicial accountability? Treasonous Supreme Court Clerks filter out truth. Justices couldn't handle so much truth. Reason for world's highest prisoner percentage here in the 'Land of the Free'. I'm also available to present a horrendous 4th Circuit experience (Chief Justice jurisdiction). That neither O'Conner or Roberts would dare to debate in public forum such as this.

No, Sandra, the only way to improve the public's views of our corrupt court system is to reform it, not whitewash it.

I have had many bad experiences as a pro se (self-represented) litigant -- e.g., judges neither holding oral hearings nor issuing opinions, judges and court staff colluding with government attorneys (this is not my imagination -- they make this collusion quite obvious for the purpose of intimidating plaintiffs).
