For what it's worth and to illustrate that this is not just an SMU problem, it seems that Yale is facing the same sort of tough challenges SMU encountered after the rash of drug/alcohol related deaths in 2007. Eight students were hospitalized in one evening after a party last week and a sophomore was found dead in his dorm room Sunday morning (sources point to an overdose). Should be a relevant comp for us to see how the administration in New Haven reacts...
