I just spent the last weekend porting about 13 hours at this game as a first timer to the MG Solid gaming experience. Let me tell you, it didn't take much for me to take full advantage of the cam-stealth suit that Snake is equipped with off the jump. The first person shooter experience is superb, and the cinematic scenes blow you out of the water with the plot twisting story line. I was hoping that I would find a blog that would back fill me in on the previous history of Snake solid, and I found it! It is pretty obvious that Snake meets up with some characters from the past and some extraordinary villains. I took some time for me to figure out how to use the MKII probe scout robot, but this was just a tip of the berg so to speak. The robotic animal like droids and super-soldiers is a story line in my opinion right out from GIJOE. This game rocks, I just jumped off the Army of 2 and Call of Duty band-wagon and hopped on the MG solid highway!
