The Mustangs played the No. 11 Texas A&M Aggies close through most of the game, but fell 62-57 in the end. The Mustangs came off a little slow in the beginning, but once the points started showing up on the board, SMU held its lead through the entire first half. (0) comments

The energy in Moody Coliseum on Saturday night for the Mustangs season opener was running high. The fans were ready to see the new freshmen players, the freshmen were ready for their first collegiate game, and the upperclassmen were excited for a new season. (0) comments

In a season that has been as insane as this, the final seconds at Gerald J. Ford Stadium might not surprise anyone. With the Mustangs holding onto a 42-40 lead with just seconds remaining, Rice ran one final play, or so SMU thought. The Owls' Justin Hill ran for six yards and it appeared the Mustangs had just their second win of the season. (0) comments

The No. 6 (according to the NSCAA) SMU men's soccer team shutout the University of Central Arkansas Bears by a score of 3-0. The convincing win came on senior night when Mustangs' Steve Sandbo, Scott Corbin, Ben Shuleva, and Adrian Chevannes were honored for their contributions to SMU. (0) comments
