Did you know that as an SMU student you have access to the top tech toys on campus?

The Deason Innovation Gym located in Caruth Hall is a 1200 sq. ft, space designed to facilitate undergraduates in completing projects. It is also open to students from other schools to come and play around in, with supervision of course.

The gym is currently home to a 3D printer, laser cutter, and a host of computers loaded with tech and engineering software.

“If I had the time I would go down and play in the gym. There’s just so many awesome things down there to play with and use,” said Lyle School of Engineering Coordinator Kristine Reiley, “It’s just awesome.”
