Both tourists and Dallas residents are finding a fun, unique way to explore some of the city’s largest attractions.

In the heart of the city, downtown Dallas has an exciting and diverse collection of cultural and entertainment experiences.

Dallas Segway Tours provides both visitors and locals with a unique way of seeing Dallas’ west end historic district.

From a replica of John Neely Bryan’s cabin to the world’s largest bronze collection at Pioneer Plaza, tourists are able to explore some of Dallas’ most famous sites, all while on the luxury of a segway.

“I chose to do the Dallas Segway Tours because it’s a great way to experience the entire city and you don’t have to walk so even if you’re lazy you can still drive around and someone’s your tour guide so I don’t have to learn by myself, I get to be taught the stuff and have a fun way to do it,” said tourist Morgan Fein.

The biggest attraction amongst tourists is at the Sixth Floor Museum, where viewers can see the exact spot where President Kennedy was shot and learn about the different conspiracies behind his assassination.

Though there are many different tourism companies in the city, Dallas Segways remains confident in their client base.

“We also advertise in the hotels and we have brochures here in the west end and it’s word of mouth. If you want your company to grow, you know, you respect everybody and let them have a good time and the word just gets out there,” said tour guide ambassador Cyndi Smith.

Through local advertisements and word of mouth, Dallas Segway Tours makes sure they offer their experience to anyone interested in touring the city in a unique and interactive way.

Dallas Segway Tours run three times a day…seven days a week. Each tour is ninety minutes long and includes a brief segway orientation and training.
