Fitness classes from drab to fab

Forget about boring fitness classes, Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports has amped up their classes to kick some serious booty.

“Booty Blast” is just one of many classes that Dedman now offers that uses equipment like BOSU balls, body bars and bands to target all major muscles for an intense workout.

Dedman has also introduced classes with ballet bars, TRX suspension training and even martial arts and heavy bags. These classes are all the rage at some of Dallas’ most exclusive athletic clubs and gyms. The problem? The price of membership.

Luckily, at Dedman, classes are incredibly cheap for students and don’t include a gym membership fee. Group X passes are only $75 a semester, $25 for 10 classes or just a single class for $4.
