One final goodbye

June Jones resigned last week and, quite frankly, it wasn’t a big surprise to many students. The only thing that’s going to be hard is that SMU students will have to find a new scapegoat to blame for the team’s embarrassing losses. Let’s start blaming the mascot, Peruna, because he just looks like he’s up to no good.

June Jones became the head coach of SMU football in 2008. Since then, he has led the Mustangs to 36 wins and 43 losses. After his resignation, many students were confused about what actually happened.
