Revive, challenge yourself at Exhale Dallas

Revive, challenge yourself at Exhale Dallas

It’s that time of year when the gym seems to be really far away and Netflix and lying in bed seem really appealing.

Dedman has gotten too boring and it’s hard to motivate yourself to go anymore. If this sounds like something you’re dealing with it, is time to change your game plan. There are lots of workout places near campus, but they usually only offer one thing, like spin or barre classes. If you want a gym that offers more, don’t stress, just Exhale.

Across Interstate 75 tucked away in The Highland is Exhale Dallas.

Attending fitness classes and spending time at the spa are ways you can get back to the healthy lifestyle that everyone strives for, but it can be hard to achieve on your own.

Exhale’s mantra is ‘Revive and Restore,’ and the company helps people achieve those things through the services and classes they offer.

Exhale has a variety of workout classes that can satisfy everyone. Whether you want to relax with yoga, burn calories with cardio, or tone with a barre class, Exhale has a variety of options that can help their clients reach a variety of fitness goals.

The instructors and class set up are challenging, but Exhale is welcoming for all experience levels. The instructors encourage the students to focus on themselves and to let the rest of the world slip away while they are in class. Taking time to revive and challenge their students both physically and mentally is Exhale’s goal.

With formal season coming up, Exhale’s spa is a place you can go to relax and prep. Massages, facials and acupuncture are just a few of the services that Exhale provides. Taking a few classes or a day to pamper yourself can help you successfully push through the rest of the semester.
