Indie, electropop duo Uh Huh Her performed in the Cambridge Room at the House of Blues Wednesday night.

A drummer and guitarist joined Camila Grey and Leisha Hailey, Uh Huh Her’s leading ladies, on stage.

They came on just before 10 p.m. to a packed, predominantly female crowd.

The ladies both sang and played guitar and Camila took some time on the keyboard throughout the show.

They played mostly upbeat music with heavy instrumentals and strong verses, and were constantly flipping their hair around in pure rock-and-roll style.

Grey, 32, and Hailey, 40, mixed in some softer songs, attributing it to the romantic vibe in the room. Through the slower songs, the crowd had a gentle sway back and forth.

Before the vibe mellowed out too much, they would mix it up again and with dance friendly songs.

In between songs, Grey and Hailey didn’t converse much with the audience, just a couple statements to keep the crowd energized.

The crowd was an active participant in the show and the buzz of their excitement could be felt the entire time.

The Cambridge Room is a small intimate setting compared to the House of Blues main stage, but offered the perfect environment for Uh Huh Her and their fans.
