Animals make everything better. You may remember seeing your friends at a yoga class with goats on your Instagram feed a while back. If you missed out on the opportunity, you’re in luck. The Aaron Family Jewish Community Center of Dallas will be offering more classes starting in March in its Farm-to-City series. To make things even better, classes aren’t limited to just goats this time — classes with bunnies and puppies have been added to the lineup.

Here’s the schedule:

Bunny Yoga March 4, 1-2 p.m. Cost is $10.

Adopt Me – Dog Yoga March 11, 1-2 p.m., Social Hour: 2-3 p.m. The pups will be brought by Take Me Home Pet Rescue and will be available for adoption. The class is free, but donations are encouraged.

Goat Yoga March 18 and April 29, 1-2 pm. Cost is $10.

This is a great opportunity for students to take a break from their studies and get a good workout in while having fun with animals. According to the Farm-to-City information page, “data has proven that spending time with animals has a positive impact on your mood, health, and brings a calming stress-fighter.”
