Are you intimidated of working out in a room filled with fit and active people? Well, come on down to Goat Yoga and work out with your furry friends at Friday EarthX Goat Yoga @ Fair Park.

Goat Yoga celebrates Earth Day in a fun and friendly way with goats jumping on and around you for a yoga experience like no other. Goat Yoga started by practicing yoga on the grass in their backyard with their goats. Now, they are teaming up with different charities and organizations around the DFW area. Participants will get a chance to stretch it out with a yoga class as well as extra time after to socialize and take pictures with the goats. The class will include a meet and greet of the newest baby goats that have joined the farm/yoga family.

The event starts this Friday, April 26 at 10:00 a.m. on the lawn of the Continental D.A.R. House, between the Women’s Museum and Centennial Hall. The event is open to all ages seven and up, and no yoga experience is necessary.

Tickets are $13 dollars and participants can rent yoga mats for an additional $2. Plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early before your class to sign a waiver.

Come sweat and celebrate earth day with friendly goats!
