Elections 2018: West Coast still voting

It is expected Democrats will claim the House for the first time in six years as of 9:51 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6.

As reported by CNN, many key races are undetermined as polls remain open for another hour on the West Coast. California key house races 4, 10, and 21 remain unknown. The same goes for Iowa house 1, 3, and 4.

Only 36 percent of votes are in for Nebraska house 3 with incumbent Adrian Smith leading with over 50,000 votes. He is expected to take the seat once again according to CNN.

As reported by CNN, only 30 percent of votes are in for the Wyoming house at large. Incumbent Liz Cheney leads with 25,000 votes. The same goes for key race Utah house four, which remains too close to call with only 58 percent of votes in as reported by CNN.

The Montana house at large, a key race, is nearly tied with Democrat Kathleen Williams ahead of Incumbent Greg Gianforte by about 8,000 votes as reported by CNN.
