SMU is now using the GuestAssist App to help fans get the most out of the their game day experience. GuestAssist provides customer service right from your phone.

The app lets game goers start a text conversation with Ford Stadium staff who can direct and update fans. Staff can help answer questions about navigating the stadium and suggest the nearest concession stand, giving fans more time to enjoy the game. Guests can also warn security of possible dangerous situations.

Yankee Stadium and Rangers Ballpark are among the many stadiums that have adopted GuestApp to elevate the game day experience.

The app is free and available for both iPhone and Android. You can text (214)-516-7010 with and questions or observations.
