Guiltless Valentines Treats

As Valentines Day is fast approaching… so are all of the sweets and goodies that fill the holiday!
I am NOT telling you not to enjoy yourself. On the actual day of Valentines, everyone knows calories don’t count.
BUT, if you don’t really want to blow your healthy eating surrounded by all of the goodies leading up to the special day…I found a few healthy treats for you to go ahead make in preparation for next week’s festivities.
Try to make a few of these for you and your sweetheart to enjoy together this weekend. I PROMISE your loved one will have not have even the slightest clue that it is guilt-free.
1. True Love Chocolate Cake- With only 238 calories per slice… this is kind of hard to beat!
2. Guiltless Chocolate Covered Stawberries- use this recipe OR just melt some dark chocolate and dip your strawberries in that! Dark chocolate is full of good for you antioxidants.
3. Skinny Red Velvet Cupcakes- I have made them before, and they are delicious!
4. Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake
5. Red Velvet Pancakes- Who wouldn’t want their Valentine to wake them up with these yummy things?!
